Gray Bat Survey

Copperhead was contracted in 2007 by Fort McClellan (Alabama) to conduct an extensive telemetry project on gray bats on Ft. McClellan. A total of eight gray bats were radio tagged; and tracked  traveling and foraging, and traveling across the base. 

Mist Net Surveys

Summer 2007, Copperhead Consulting conducted numerous Indiana bat surveys in north Carolina, Tennesse, and Kentucky.

Clubshell Mussel Survey

Contracted in May 2007, two of Copperhead's certified divers conducted Clubshell mussel surveys in the Ohio River. 

 Copperhead Awarded KYTC Contract

In 2007, Copperhead Consulting teamed with HMB Professional Engineers, Inc. was awarded a Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's statewide ecological contract.
Copperhead Conducts Winter Bat Surveys

Teamed with the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, KY Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources, and KY State Nature Preserves Commission; Copperhead Consulting 
conducted winter bat surveys during January and February 2007.
